A Co-Creative Imagery Journey

Can you sense something is shifting?

The future may not feel as certain as it once did.

Old answers don’t seem to fit what is happening now.

And perhaps you’ve begun to sense that you have a part to play in what comes next.

This September, we’re doing something different.

Instead of asking what the future will bring.

We’re asking what we can bring to the future.

Welcome to the City of Living Hope.

So where do new futures begin?

In the one place where everything new begins.

The imagination.

But this isn’t about sitting alone imagining a better world.

We’re going to do it together.

You’ll join others to explore what a future shaped by hope could actually look and feel like.

What happens when we imagine together?

For 90 minutes, we'll step beyond the world as it is.

We enter the City of Living Hope

What will the City be like?

We don't know yet.

Because it doesn’t exist until we create it together.

That's where you come in.

You’re not buying a ticket to watch something.

You’re taking your place inside a live, participatory experience.

A Personal Invitation

In this short video, Martin shares what you can expect from the adventure.

THE WORLD BETWEEN

There is a world between what already exists and what is waiting to become possible.

French philosopher Henri Corbin called this the mundus imaginalis — the imaginal world.

The City of Living Hope is a journey into that world.

You Don’t Need A Vivid Imagination

BUILDING HOPE

There is no right city to see.

You may notice an image.
A colour.
A feeling.
A word.

Or the atmosphere.

That’s enough.

You can share as much or as little as you want.

You enter the City of Living Hope

ENTER THE CITY TOGETHER

The City begins to take shape through the group.

A garden may appear.
A building.
A gathering place.

Or something none of us could have anticipated.

Each contribution adds another part of the City.

And gradually, something begins to emerge that no one person could have created alone.

Your way of seeing matters.

The journey unfolds gently in 6 movements.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NIGHT

1: The Arrival

You are guided into a quieter, more receptive state as the imagery journey begins.

2: The Opening

The room softens, attention deepens, and the journey begins.

3: The Path

We slowly walk the path that leads us to the City of Living Hope.

4: The City

The city reveals itself through our collective imagery, feeling, senses.

5: The Immersion

We immerse ourselves in the living life of the city, as if we are residents.

6: The Return

We come back gently, with time to write, reflect or share.

Who Is This For?

YOU BELONG

For the dreamers, the poets, the visionaries and the futurists.

For the sensitive, the thoughtful and the deeply caring.

For those who have not given up on beauty, kindness, courage - or the possibility of another way of living.

You do not need to be an artist, a mystic or an experienced visualiser.

You only need to bring your curiosity, your attention and your willingness to discover what might emerge.

If some part of you still believes hope can be created together, this journey is for you.
