An Imaginal City is a live, co-created experience.
I gently guide everyone into the imaginal world, but I don't tell you what to see.
Instead, each person discovers their own part of the City. You may notice images, places, people, colours, sounds, feelings or simply a sense that something is present.
As we share what we've found, the City gradually comes alive. No one person creates it. It emerges through the imagination of the whole group.
Every City is unique. It has never existed before, and it will never exist in quite the same way again.

It means the City is not designed in advance.
I open the journey and offer the first direction, but what appears next comes from the people taking part.
One person may notice a gate.
Another may sense a garden.
Someone else may bring a light, a building, a figure or a feeling. These different impressions begin to meet and form a shared City.
You are not being asked to invent something clever. You simply notice what comes and, if you wish, offer it to the group.
The City grows through everyone’s attention.

Not at all.
Most people who join an Imaginal City are experiencing this kind of work for the first time.
There is nothing to learn beforehand and nothing you have to get right.
Simply arrive with curiosity and a willingness to notice what unfolds.
Many people are surprised by how naturally they find themselves becoming part of the City.
-
That's absolutely fine.
Not everyone experiences the imaginal world through clear mental pictures.
Some people notice feelings, words, sounds, colours, memories or simply a quiet sense that something is there.
There is no right way to experience an Imaginal City.
Whatever comes naturally for you is enough.
